One of the most important lessons we need to learn is that life does not revolve around us alone! Its because we have this
mistaken impression that we get hurt and rejected and angry. We are so self focused that the minute someone does not smile at
us we get hurt. If our boss forgets to wish us, we feel he has something in mind against us. After that if he does not joke
as he usually does we think that he does not like us.Then you brood and brood the whole day till you feel so low that you
start taking it on others. You keep thinking that you may have said something wrong the previous day. But the real reason
why he is upset may be due to his own personal problems(and you thought only you had problems!).
