1.Caffeine:
Most of the sodas, whether colas or non-colas contain caffeine. Now you may ask what is wrong with caffiene!
Well for starters it is very addictive, which is why you may be getting urges to down a soda every 2 hours!
But other than this caffiene also causes other adverse reactions like insomnia, irritability and racing heartbeat.
An extensive research was done by a leading University in the US between the difference in consumption of caffeinated
versus non-caffeinated sodas. And the reports reveal that consumption is driven by the "mood-altering and physical
dependence of caffeine" or in short the addictiveness.
If you are alarmed now we suggest you to come out of this addiction in a slow and systematic manner whereby slowly
you can replace each of the caffienated soda with a non-caffienated soda. Then slowly replace teh non-caffienated soda with
an equal amount of clear, pure water. You could also try adding lime to the club soda.
